I am excited to be a distinguished graduate of The Black Corporate Board Readiness Program(BCBR) through The Leavy School of Business, Santa Clara University.
The program’s mission is to increase representation in the boardroom by preparing executives for board service as independent directors on public and private corporate boards. Through education, access and community, BCRB accelerates governance pathways for executives to influence, innovate and lead at the highest level of corporate decision-making~the boardroom.
The certificate program provides a comprehensive approach to board readiness- governance education & experiential learning; placement pipeline; cadre of peers, advisors and mentors during and beyond the program.
